**What the role is**
- Situated in MCI’s Data Office, the P&E team oversees the MCI Family’s Programme Evaluation framework and is tasked with driving capability development in programme evaluation for the MCI Family. As a member of the P&E team, you’ll be given the opportunity to set standards and guidelines for programme evaluation, collaborate with stakeholders on program evaluation projects, and provide guidance toward planning, designing and evaluation for projects of strategic importance to the organisation.

**What you will be working on**
- (1) Implement the MCI’s Family Programme Evaluation Framework - Conduct evaluation of programmes and identify gaps in policy implementation. This will involve: - Using relevant tools to draw out insights, including assessing - Analysing and validating performance indicators - Monitor follow-up of recommendations and learning points arising from programme evaluation review. 2. Assist and support relevant agency in reviewing and developing appropriate programme evaluation approach and indicators for new programmes - Review implementation plans for proposed programme solutions, including appropriate output and outcome indicators, data collection plans and evaluation plans - Work with agencies and relevant stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and programme design. 3. Support Capability Development - Support capability development within Ministry-family e.g. through development and communications of Ministry resources, conducting of training sessions etc. - Work with MOF to develop WOG and sectoral evaluation resources - Participate in MOF Community of Practice sessions

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of experience in audit, research, evaluation and/or policy work. - Strong analytical skills - A high level of initiative, drive, tenacity and resourcefulness - Be a good team player and possess the maturity and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, - Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, and ability to facilitate conversations effectively - Conceptual thinker, highly adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
