Dining Services Manager Position Overview:

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Ensure that guests receive personalized service, responding to inquiries and assisting with menu selections. Key attributes include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Area Maintenance: Oversee the setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of Dining areas, upholding the highest standards of excellence. This includes conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and implementing solutions to address them.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and train staff to meet exceptional customer service standards, setting an example for others to follow. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and constructive feedback.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely manner, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts. This includes verifying inventory levels, confirming staffing schedules, and addressing any operational concerns.
  • Coordination: Coordinate food service between kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient operations. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Satisfaction Check: Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages. Address any concerns promptly and take corrective action to prevent future issues.
  • Final Bill Presentation: Present an accurate final bill to guests and process payment efficiently.
