**Trade Compliance Specialist Role**

Our organization is seeking a skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to enhance our shipping operations and compliance strategies. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and contribute to improving our shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shipments comply with international and local trade regulations.
  • Review system orders for restricted items or blacklisted entities, ensuring seamless export operations.
  • Manage export licenses and maintain accurate product classification codes, minimizing delays and risks.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and freight forwarders to coordinate global shipments, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Audit internal trade compliance systems and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address shipment delays, damages, or tracking issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or trade compliance.
  • Knowledge of freight, Customs, or IT products is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or GTS is a plus.
