Job Title: Lead Early Childhood Educator

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our childcare team and provide a safe, engaging environment for children to grow and develop.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
