Shared-Bicycle Driver

Our operations team is seeking a reliable and responsible Shared-Bicycle Driver to maintain the balance of our bicycle-sharing system in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will operate company trucks to collect and deploy shared bicycles based on app-generated instructions, monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones, and follow rebalancing plans to meet daily targets.

  • Operate company truck to collect and deploy shared bicycles safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones and follow rebalancing plans.
  • Perform basic checks to ensure bicycles are safe and usable before redeployment.
  • Load and unload bicycles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the operations team to meet daily rebalancing targets.
  • Adhere to all road safety and compliance guidelines.

To be successful, you should possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license in Singapore, be familiar with Singapore road networks and traffic regulations, and able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.

Additional requirements include physical fitness to lift and move bicycles regularly, ability to work independently and responsibly, and prior experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations is an advantage.

Preferred attributes include good time management and punctuality, team-oriented with a proactive attitude, and basic mechanical knowledge is an asset but not required.

Working hours are 6 days a week, KPI-based.
