Job Title: Business Intelligence APAC Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence APAC Intern to join our team at Guerlain. As a Business Intelligence APAC Intern, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.
• Manage end-to-end analyses, identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, provide recommendations, and create insightful automated reports.
• Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality.
• Analyze existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company.
• Create and maintain business requirements and other technical documentation.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and APAC monthly reporting to markets.

Requirements:

• On track to graduate from a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another analytical field.
• Adept at the use of BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Board, Power BI, Cognos Analytics, and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Analytical mind and business acumen with the ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings.
• Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data-oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or R).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Team player with the ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
