OverviewEmbark on a journey to develop invaluable skills, mentorship, and hands-on experience in one of the most exciting industries worldwide.
Over two years (with a potential third year of international exposure), you'll gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in key departments such as General Logistics, Marine Logistics or Projects Logistics.
In Year 1, you will be immersed in Singapore where you will expand your expertise through in-person and remote courses on topics like Road, Sea, Air, and Rail Transport; Customs Formalities; Legal, Accounting and Warehousing.
You will also gain practical knowledge through on-the-job training with support from experienced team members and dedicated mentors.
In Year 2, you will take on more challenging roles in Singapore, showcasing your growing expertise and independence. You will strengthen your skill set in freight forwarding and logistics while delivering excellent performance.
Year 3 (Optional): International Exposure
High-performing trainees may choose to work in one of our international offices, broadening their professional horizons by gaining international exposure and expanding their network.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for diploma graduates (or equivalent) with fluency in English who have a keen interest in freight forwarding, maritime, logistics, or shipping.
