Senior Technical Lead for AI Model Development

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Principal Machine Learning Engineer to take on key roles in machine learning model development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain complex machine learning models that drive business growth and success;
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to create actionable insights through data analysis;
  • Lead the design of scalable data pipelines to facilitate the training and deployment of machine learning models;
  • Mentor junior data scientists and machine learning engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science with a strong emphasis on mathematical foundations;
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles with a proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments;
  • Strong hands-on expertise with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn;
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing large-scale data pipelines using tools like Spark, Airflow, or similar technologies;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings;
  • Familiarity with natural language processing, recommendation systems, or computer vision applications;
  • Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure.
