Job Title: Senior AI Systems Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Systems Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across various business domains.

This role demands a unique blend of deep research expertise and hands-on engineering skills to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning algorithms.

Implement end-to-end solutions from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments.

Utilize cloud platforms for model training and deployment.

Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.

Stay updated of the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.

Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

A minimum of 3 years in AI/ML development.

A proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud services and MLOps tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Generative AI models and applications.

Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in reputable journals or conferences.

Missions are not just about developing AI solutions but also about understanding their impact on people and society.
