Overview

Talent Strategy Architect | APAC Direct Sourcing Leader | Transforming TA into a Strategic Business Lever for High-Growth & Tech-Driven Enterprises. Our client is building the next generation of immersive digital experiences and a new Generative AI core group. This is a greenfield opportunity to contribute from the ground up with access to massive computational resources and unique datasets.

The Opportunity: This is a frontier role in AI where you will work alongside leading experts, have direct ownership, and shape the future of the platform.

You will act as a linguistic architect, crafting the dialogue between humans and our most advanced AI models to create intuitive, powerful, and safe user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • You will: Design, test, and optimize sophisticated prompt strategies for multimodal (text, image, 3D) generative models. Develop systematic frameworks for prompt evaluation, safety, and creativity. Collaborate directly with research scientists to refine model behavior and with product designers to define the future of human-AI interaction.
  • You will: Build the production backbone for the next generation of AI. Scale groundbreaking research models into reliable, efficient, high-performance production systems.
  • You will: Architect and maintain end-to-end infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and serving massive generative models (LLMs, diffusion). Implement robust MLOps/LLMOps pipelines on a modern cloud infrastructure. Optimize inference latency and cost for scale. Work with cutting-edge hardware and software stacks designed for AI.
  • Research Scientist - Generative AI — Lead ambitious research projects in generative AI, publish in top-tier conferences, and collaborate with engineering teams to turn novel research into tangible prototypes that define the future of products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field OR Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field (dissertation focused on generative models).
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in MLOps, Software Engineering, or DevOps, with at least two (2) years focused on productionizing generative AI or large-scale deep learning models OR post-graduate research experience in machine learning.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Preferred: Post-graduate research experience in machine learning with a strong publication record at premier conferences.
  • Deep experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
  • Experience with large-scale generative AI models (LLMs, GPT, diffusion, etc.).
