Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Ambassador to join our team. As an Office Ambassador, you will be the face of our serviced offices and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to clients and visitors
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
  • Supporting clients with tasks like receiving mail, printing, scanning, and more
  • Maintaining knowledge of office operations and procedures
  • BUILDING relationships with local area businesses and vendors
  • Maintaining inventory and stock of supplies and collateral
  • Facilitating correspondence with clients
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A desire to satisfy client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to interact with clients effectively with tact and diplomacy
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks when handling multiple responsibilities
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
  • Basic mathematical and calculator skills
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills
  • Follow-through skills
