Job Title – Regional Marketing Specialist

Location – Singapore

Job Model – Hybrid

The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing strategy, planning, and implementing marketing activities for the designated region in line with the overall marketing and communication strategy. The primary focus is on business growth, with a focus on Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO, and Hygiene products. Defining and driving strategies to achieve sales, lead generation, and pipeline growth is a key objective. The Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all marketing events, collaterals, webinar support, and exhibitions in the APAC region for the Food Safety Business - Romer Labs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.
  • Implement advertising and publicity campaigns, coordinate events, and deliver the market strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).
  • Responsible for implementing media planning, analytics, and strategy, including R.O.I. (Return on Investment) evaluation.
  • Identify the optimal mix of advertising and promotional media channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas.
  • Coordinate the activities of the company's trade shows, congresses, promotions, events, promotional products, advertising campaigns based on predetermined marketing themes and messages.
  • Arrange social media promotions and measure advertising and promotion effectiveness for return-on-investment.

You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, Biomedical Science, or any related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, including Conference Marketing experience and driving Webinars via Digital Platform in the health science industry/biotech industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and established track record in effective leadership talents, including project management.
  • Knowledge/Experience in food safety/food industry would be a plus.
  • Highly dedicated and passionate in marketing, driven with a high degree of personal motivation.
  • Overseas business travel is expected in accordance with business needs.
