Automation Expert

The world is rapidly moving towards increased intelligence and automation. As an automation expert, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in semiconductors to develop innovative products.

We're expanding our production capacity and building the first 22-nanometer production line in Singapore. We require skilled professionals to join our newly expanded fab and lead new technology transfer, setup, maintenance, quality, and productivity improvements.

To ensure smooth production, responsibilities include:

  • Managing AMHS daily operation, maintenance & troubleshooting and vendor liaison
  • Creating new functions or tuning systems to optimize EQ/system performance
  • Interacting with IT, manufacturing, EQ/Process owner, and vendors to minimize downtime and maximize throughput
  • Initiating project management on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer management
  • Excellent communication skills for teamwork
  • Self-demanding and committed to innovative solutions
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in basic IT infrastructure setup, maintenance, troubleshooting (mainly Windows-based IPCs) is advantageous
