Automation Innovation Manager

The position is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D programs focused on maintenance automation, from ideation to deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, risks, opportunities and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Foster regular updates, workshops, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency among stakeholders.
  • Present technical developments in measurable business terms to executive stakeholders.
Product Development & Innovation:
  • Oversee the design, prototyping, development, testing, and validation of new automation technologies and tools.
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in R&D, innovation, or product development roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
