This role involves overseeing performance metrics, daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while collaborating with vendors. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.

  • Automated Material Handling System (AMHS): Develop AMHS solutions to boost productivity and reduce disruptions.
  • Process Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine existing systems and enhance performance.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster seamless integration with IT, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Management: Lead initiatives focusing on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, commitment to innovative solutions, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in basic IT infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Candidates with relevant AMHS hardware commissioning and maintenance experience may be considered for senior positions.
