Automate Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes
Innovative solutions are required to design, develop and maintain automation systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and meet objectives.
- Develop cutting-edge automation solutions for complex semiconductor manufacturing processes, collaborating with engineers to design and develop equipment and systems that meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems into the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement automation solutions.
- Optimize existing automation systems for improved efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automation design, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in CAD software, PLC programming, and automation control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
