Operational Management Professional

This key position oversees the daily operations of a fish/seafood processing plant, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and shipment of seafood products.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and exceptional problem-solving abilities to manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing cold chain logistics to ensure the safe receipt, storage, and management of seafood products
  • Developing and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Ensuring high-quality products by adhering to food safety regulations and industry standards
  • Leading, training, and developing a team of production workers, supervisors, and support staff

Desirable qualifications include hands-on experience in seafood processing, knowledge of inventory management systems, and expertise in filleting, trimming, and processing techniques.

Certifications such as HACCP, FDA, GMP, or other relevant industry standards are highly valued.
