NAND CMOS Device Engineer Position

Our organization is dedicated to transforming the way information is utilized to enrich life for all. We are seeking an experienced NAND CMOS Device Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge memory technology.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled engineer who can help set the direction for current and future CMOS technology. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Team to define transistor structures and electrical targets, ensuring that our NAND Memory Technology Roadmap stays on track.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define transistor targets and deliver transistor models to meet design requirements
- Collaborate with TCAD simulation group to develop strategies for transistor structures
- Ensure transistors are developed meeting required reliability standards
- Work with Manufacturing to ensure transistors are performing as expected and debug yield/reliability issues

Requirements:
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred
- 5 plus years industry experience in CMOS device design, simulation, characterization
- Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies
