**Job Title:** Marine Generator Service Engineer We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Generator Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successfully commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing marine generators. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Commission, troubleshoot, and repair marine generators to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and training to distributors and dealers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform service and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive service reports to document all work completed and provide detailed information on any issues encountered.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product failures, including determining root causes and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain close relationships with key customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in marine generator technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
 Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marine generator commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Familiarity with various control systems, including John Deere ECU and KDI ECU, and synchronization systems is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
