Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to manage the daily operations of a building. This role will oversee common facilities, shared amenities, and carpark systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating building operation manuals, standard procedures, and documentation.

They will also serve as the key liaison between building occupants and Facilities Management, ensuring clear communication on outages, construction works, and operational updates.

The specialist will participate in fire drills and emergency preparedness activities with management or HSE personnel.

Responsibilities include managing vehicle entry/exit at the building entrance, resolving parking disputes, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules and inspection reports.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
