Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and administrative support functions, developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures, sourcing and assessing suppliers, and managing the procurement system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements
  • Source and assess suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage and improve the procurement system, including vendor setup, inventory control, and processing Purchase Requests/Purchase Requisitions and POs
  • Review tender documents and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in business or logistics
  • Min. 5 years of working experience
  • Possess leadership capabilities with good administrative and interpersonal skills
