We are a well-established multinational group with a strong legacy in the manufacturing sector and a global footprint across Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Headquartered in Singapore, we play a key leadership role in managing regional operations, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.
Job Description:- Partner closely with the Director to oversee and support factory operations in Bandung, Indonesia.
- Lead and coordinate finance and general administration activities, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations.
- Review and consolidate financial reports from Indonesia entities, supporting year-end reporting and audit processes.
- Evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures across Indonesia operations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and corporate bankers to maintain strong professional relationships and support group-level initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation standardization.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with diverse teams across different cultures.
- Ability to travel frequently to Indonesia (around 50% travel).
- Be part of a globally established manufacturing group with a strong heritage and international footprint.
- Work directly with senior leadership and gain regional exposure.
- Contribute to strengthening operational excellence and cross-border collaboration.
