We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Polymer Development Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop and optimize polymer solutions for efficient and cost-effective production.
    • Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure quality and performance of polymer materials.
    • Develop and implement new polymeric marking solutions, including formulation and application of markers/codes in various polymer materials.
    • Manage day-to-day lab operations, including equipment maintenance, procurement, and inventory management.
    • Coordinate testing schedules and oversee execution of tests and pilots.
    • Maintain documentation of testing activities, results, and processes.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in polymer applications or related technical roles.
    • Experience in laboratory management, testing, and project implementation.
    • Strong understanding of polymer characteristics and processing methods.
    • Hands-on experience with R&D experiments and pilot projects.
    • Knowledge of HES regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and innovation focus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory management software.
