Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Associate. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Your primary focus will be on greeting guests, performing check-in and check-out duties, and creating a positive experience throughout their stay. You will also be responsible for managing reservations, monitoring room inventory, and communicating with internal teams to coordinate pre-arrival work for VIPs, corporate clients, and groups.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening and problem-solving abilities. You should also be tech-savvy, with experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or customer relations industry
  • Independent with exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately assess a situation and respond appropriately
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems
