MINDS empowers persons with intellectual disabilities through various services and programmes. The key role of the Temporary Programme Coordinator is to manage these programmes, including day-to-day administration, programme planning, volunteer management, and community outreach.

The Temporary Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing programmes based on client needs, conducting needs assessments to support programme development, and maintaining updated records on service calls and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree, 1-2 years of working experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be empathetic and have a strong interest in serving persons with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The successful candidate will be available to work until January 2026. This is a temporary position, but it offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of the Appropriate Adult Command Centre
  • Ensure service calls are attended to 100% of the time
  • Conduct programmes based on client needs
  • Conduct needs assessments to support programme development
  • Maintain updated records on service calls and clients
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic and strong interest in serving persons with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Available to work until January 2026
