Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Compliance and Enforcement Department as a Project Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in detecting, investigating, and enforcing CPF non-compliance by employers, ensuring that CPF members receive their rightful contributions for healthcare, housing, and retirement needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of enforcement officers to oversee the enforcement and recovery of CPF contributions and arrears from defaulters, while managing their daily operational activities.
  • Develop and implement measures to deter employers and platform operators from defaulting CPF contributions.
  • Manage complex correspondences related to enforcement activities, budget/billing matters, and interfaces with internal/external parties.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to review existing processes and implement initiatives for efficient enforcement strategies and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and handle project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and meeting requirements.
  • Manage and oversee data requests, including performing statistical analyses to support management reporting and operational decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience in operational and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish, preferred.
  • Prior experience in enforcement, compliance, or legal operations will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and automation tools such as Power BI, UIPath, and Generative AI would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and ready to innovate in a dynamic environment.
