Job Description

Organon is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Director to join our team. As a key member of our Global Compliance Operations team, you will be responsible for enabling a culture of ethics and compliance across the enterprise by supporting compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading people as a people manager, effective leadership, and experience with simplifying, streamlining, consolidating, standardizing, and eventually automating processes. You will provide compliance operations expertise and guidance to various stakeholders and business teams to facilitate compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects, including the Compliance Monitoring Program, to ensure timely remediation of critical compliance risks.
  • Design and enhance data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and outliers in large data sets, and provide valuable recommendations to business leaders.
  • Partner with business leaders across local markets and process owners to promote a corporate culture that fosters ethical and compliant behavior.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program to ensure adequate internal controls and compliance with all laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Master's or comparable degree in a relevant field, preferably in law, risk management, or corporate compliance.
  • Compliance certifications (Licensed Professional in Ethics) are preferred.
  • 7+ years of significant data analytics global experience and exposure, consulting business, and relevant global compliance experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industries preferred, but not required.
