We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Active Fire Protection Systems Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert document management services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a centralized document repository to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Develop and implement document management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level / ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or Quality related qualifications.
