Warehouse Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including supervising staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits, implementing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols, and training and developing warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar field is advantageous
  • At least one (1) year prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
