Job Description:
The Logistics Executive is a key position that oversees the efficient movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and optimizing supply chain operations. This role involves managing shipments, liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL, handling documentation and ensuring compliance with logistics regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipment & Transportation Management
Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery. Work closely with freight forwarders, couriers and transport providers to arrange shipments. Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues.

  • Inventory Management & Warehouse Coordination
Ensure accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages. Coordinate with warehouses for efficient storage, packing and dispatch of goods. Implement best practices to optimize warehouse space and improve logistics efficiency. Conduct random stock-take in 3PL warehouse.

  • Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade laws and customs requirements. Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and documentation for audit purposes. Assist in other administrative matters.

  • Supplier & Vendor Management
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate freight rates and service terms with logistics providers to optimize cost and efficiency. Evaluate and maintain strong relationships with key logistics partners and suppliers.
