About the Role

RICHFOOD CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Sales Support Admin to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries, respond to customer queries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Invoice and Report Preparation: Prepare and create invoices and reports, and assist clients with sales confirmations.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) is essential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication (oral and writing) and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with the sales team and clients.
