Senior Architectural Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Supervisor to lead our team in the supervision of architectural works in Singapore, focusing on hospitals and medical-related projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations through diligent site visits and thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality hospital and medical-related projects that meet their needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement effective construction schedules and budgets that align with project objectives
  • Monitor progress and identify potential issues to ensure timely completion and quality control
  • Maintain open communication with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects

Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture from a reputable University
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in supervising architectural works in Singapore
  • Eligibility for registration with the Board of Architects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, as well as excellent leadership and construction management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising hospitals or medical-related projects in Singapore
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations
