About the Role

As a Senior Document Specialist at MyCareersFuture, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients through the complex process of immigration applications in Singapore. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all applications are accurate, complete, and compliant with current regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding their immigration application procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and draft applications to ensure error-free submissions to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.
  • Liaise with government agencies and third-party vendors to facilitate the application process.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up on progress and delays.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the application process, from document gathering to formalities fulfillment.
  • Manage client databases and documents, and meet monthly KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest immigration regulations and policies in Singapore.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Experience in managing diverse clientele in a related government agency or document procurement and immigration application industry.
  • Ability to work methodically within set deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
