We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at SASCO SENIOR CITIZENS' HOME. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents, working collaboratively with our Registered Nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist Registered Nurses with client education, assessment, and care planning, ensuring that residents receive comprehensive and individualized care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including medical records and care plans, to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- At least 2 years of working experience as an Enrolled Nurse
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
- Experience working in a Day Care Centre for the elderly, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork
- Nitec in Nursing
- Registered with the SNB
- Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
- Compassion, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
