We are seeking a highly motivated Small Business Banking Executive to join our team. As a Small Business Banking Executive, you will be responsible for developing business portfolios through loan acquisitions and generating new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, and strategic tie-ups.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop business portfolios through loan acquisitions
• Generate new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, and strategic tie-ups
• Increase wallet share through service and understanding of customers' needs
• Underwrite credit risk by identifying risk areas and mitigating factors
• Ensure proper compliance of bank policies and processes

Key Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Preferably with 1 year of SME banking experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
