Lead Tunnel Constructor

The key responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate tunnel construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing personnel, resources, and materials to ensure timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute tunnel excavation works according to project requirements
  • Supervise site workers to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones
  • Manage inventory and resource allocation for tunnel construction activities
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to meet project standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and improve communication
