**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel-related documentation.
- Maintain and monitor quality control and records.
- Prepare and carry out a presentation of tunnelling works prior to the commencement of work.
- Conduct daily site inspections and supervision of ground improvement, ERSS, deep excavation and bored tunnelling works.
- Supervision work on a TBM machine controls the tunnel worker in excavation and ring building.
- Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records, and other construction work.
- Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
- Coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
- Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering.
- Certificate in the following a MUST:

- Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry Work
- Certificate in Levelling & Setting Out
- Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course
- Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan
- Lifting Supervisors Safety Course
- Registered Earthworks Supervisor
- Work at Height (Supervisor)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards related to tunnel construction.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction field, and 3 years of with specific experience in tunnel work.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Able to adapt to a stressful and fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of tunnel design, construction, and safety practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools used in Construction industries.
