Job Overview

The Regional Country Compliance team seeks a seasoned professional to fill the Analyst position based in Singapore.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and driving strategic initiatives across divisions, regions, and globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and overseeing country-wide centralized compliance programs across regulated entities in Singapore
  • Driving regulatory initiative implementation
  • Managing Compliance program and control uplifts aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating regular and ad-hoc regulatory audits, surveys, and questionnaires
  • Managing internal and external audit engagements
  • Tracking regulatory interactions, updates, and focuses
  • Organizing responses to regulatory and industry consultations
  • Engaging with industry bodies and participants on advocacy and updates
  • Managing corporate governance matters for office leadership

To succeed in this role, you will require a University degree, at least 1 year of experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or other relevant financial services fields. Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal abilities, and effective written/oral communication skills are also essential.
