We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing and Inventory Executive to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory processes, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify supplier confirmation orders against purchase orders issued.
  • Monitor shipping departure and arrival dates of standard purchase orders.
  • Track the arrival of indent orders and sample requests.
  • Manage the shipment arrival timetable.
  • Prepare monthly marine cargo insurance declarations.
  • Provide monthly ETA schedules to the guardhouse for FCL arrivals.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks on selected stock items to ensure accurate stock positions.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team on inventory discrepancies and rectify as necessary.
  • Prepare a monthly clearance list for items with a shorter shelf life.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the Managing Director's review and Finance.
  • Update SAP with adjustments on non-sales inventory issuance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Incoterms is advantageous.
  • Prior working experience in the food industry is an added advantage.
