Job Title: Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized bathroom design solutions.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to create customized bathroom solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
  • Strong Communication: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative and Detail-Oriented: Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design.
  • Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
