Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with interior designers. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and liaising with interior designers to promote and use Hera Bathroom products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source new business opportunities within the interior design industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and other key stakeholders.
  • Present Hera Bathroom products and solutions to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
