Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties by supervising a team of property managers, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors to implement improvement initiatives and address client feedback, complaints, and service requests.
  • Handle tenancy and lease management matters, as well as advertising and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit management reports to stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

Possess a degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience leading a team in managing commercial properties. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management will also be considered.

Familiarity with fire safety protocols, customer service skills, preventive maintenance procedures, leadership principles, Microsoft Office software, property management practices, legislation, interpersonal skills, landlord relations, exceptional customer service, tenant management, building services expertise, attention to detail, team player attitude, decision making abilities, and facilities management are essential.
