Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling and Bed Booking Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across all scheduling and bed booking calls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by following appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines, disseminating hospital updates effectively, and handling difficult customers with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls
  • Follow established appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines
  • Disseminate hospital updates efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure calls are answered promptly using standard greetings
  • Handle challenging customer interactions and apply service recovery protocols as needed

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Focused
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to Work Independently

Work Arrangements:

This role involves working 42 hours per week, with staggered timing from Monday to Friday (0700-1630 / 0800-1730 / 0830-1800) and Saturday (0700 – 1600). A minimum of 45 minutes' lunch break is provided.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a fast-paced Bed & Surgical Booking Office Operations environment, where teamwork, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
