Industrial Systems Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial systems and equipment.
Your primary duties will include performing routine maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems, reviewing assigned work orders, and partnering with available systems to track completion.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will work closely with our engineering and technical services teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Relevance experience within facilities management
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
