Job Title:
RPA Implementation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior RPA Developer, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions (3+ years solid experience).
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath (highly preferred), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Automation (BPA), and workflow management.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in automated processes.
  • Previous knowledge in one or more of the specified domains: Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Marketing, Hospitality, Call Centres.
  • Working knowledge of Unattended, Attended, and Hybrid robot setups.
  • A good automation and innovative mindset.

Desired Skills:
  • RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
  • Prior experience with UiPath Cloud Orchestrator or other UiPath services and products.
  • Exposure to machine learning, AI/Generative AI, or advanced data analytics.
