Job Title: RPA Senior Consultant

About Our Team

We are seeking a seasoned RPA professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows using leading RPA tools.

  • The selected candidate will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design automated solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on multiple assignments, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  2. Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases for process optimization, redesign, and/or reengineering.
  3. Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows.
  4. Document business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
  5. Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements.
  6. Implement RPA implementation best practices and configure programs, scripts, and objects efficiently.
  7. Understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
  8. Test packages in various environments and maintain RPA for successful execution.
  9. Provide L1-L3 support and implement changes according to SLA parameters.
