Software Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Expert to lead our RPA implementations, design and develop automation workflows, and collaborate with business users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, RPA tools, and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full project lifecycle for RPA implementations, including requirement gathering, process assessment, workflow design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Design and develop automation workflows for web-based, desktop/thick client, Citrix, mainframe, Excel, PDF, and Word-based applications using UiPath and Assist Edge.
  • Utilize UiPath RE Framework to build robust unattended bots for automating complex business processes.
  • Manage credentials and assets securely using Credential Manager, Orchestrator Assets, and Control Tower.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as Excel operations (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulae) and perform complex data manipulations using custom C# and LINQ code.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development and automation.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and end-to-end automation delivery.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in banking or financial services sector is a plus.
  • RPA Tools: UiPath, Assist Edge.
  • Programming & Scripting: C#, LINQ, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, MVC Framework.
  • Databases: SQL Server, Access DB.
  • Automation Frameworks: UiPath RE Framework.
  • Project Management: Agile Methodology, JIRA, SVN.
