Quality Assurance Team Lead

This is a pivotal role that requires expertise and leadership skills to guide and support a team of inspectors in performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Inspectors must lead by example and ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of inspectors and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality metrics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or related field.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 system and supervisory skills is preferred.
