**Claims Processing Role Overview**
This is a dynamic position that involves managing and processing claims efficiently. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with various parties, conducting periodic reviews of claim files, and following up on recovery claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, lawyers, third-party claimants, and related parties.
- Assist the team in managing and processing claims.
- Conduct periodic review of claim files as required.
- Follow up on recovery claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Compile statistics and data as needed.
Strong administrative skills, particularly in document management and logging, are necessary for success in this role. Experience in casualty insurance and general insurance is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure, you may be a good fit for this role.
