
Senior Claims Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient handling of insurance claims.
- Coordinate with policyholders, investigators, surveyors, loss adjusters, legal counsel, and industry professionals to resolve claims efficiently.
- Process and handle insurance claims fairly and in accordance with established protocols and service level agreements.
- Conduct site visits and on-site inspections as necessary.
- Review claim files to ensure proper documentation and progress.
Key Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in handling travel claims.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A sound understanding of general insurance principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
- Hold relevant insurance qualifications (PGI, HI, CGI) or be willing to obtain the Certificate in General Insurance.
